    Connect to Avvio

    Setup the direct connection to Avvio in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Contact the Property's Avvio E-Commerce Manager and advise of the intention to connect.
    2. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    3. Select the View of 'Unconnected'.
    4. Select 'Avvio' and choose 'Connect'.
    5. Navigate to the 'Connection Information' tab.
    6. Enter the Avvio Login, Hotel Code & Password.
    7. Select the required Availability Rates & Inventory option.
    8. Optional: Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source.
    9. Select the 'Add Category/Rate Types' button.
    10. Enter the Avvio Category & Rate Type Codes.
    11. Save/Exit.
    12. Select the RMS Category & Rate Type for each combination.
    13. Save/Exit.
