    Notify Booking.com of No Shows

    Setting a reservation as No Show and notifying Booking.com in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Select 'Change Status' and choose 'No Show'.
    4. Select 'Yes' to confirm.
    5. Select 'Yes' to proceed.
    6. Select if No Show Fee is required.
    7. Save/Exit.

    Booking.com will be updated of the No Show status once the change is made in RMS.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Select 'Change Status' and choose 'No Show'.

    Select 'Yes' to confirm.

    Select 'Yes' to proceed.

    Select if No Show Fee is required.

    The reservation status will now be updated in RMS and sent to Booking.com.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made to this reservation.
