    Enable the Booking.com Reporting API

    Activating the Booking.com Reporting API in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    2. Select 'Booking.com' and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Connection Information' tab.
    4. Select the checkbox 'Enable Reporting API'.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Info

    Activating the Reporting API for Booking.com enables additional options for properties on reservations received by Booking.com.

    Credit Cards can be marked as invalid as well as sending notification to Booking.com of No Shows and Cancellations.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.

    Select 'Booking.com' and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Connection Information' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Enable Reporting API'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
