    Mark a Credit Card Invalid

    Notifying Booking.com of invalid credit card details in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Select 'Token' and choose 'Mark Invalid'.
    4. Save/Exit.

    Info

    The Booking.com Report API must be enabled to use this feature.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Select 'Token' and choose 'Mark Invalid'.

    Confirmation will display on screen and Booking.com will be updated for this reservation.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made to this reservation.
