    Preparing to Connect to Booking.com

    Activating the channel management connection for Booking.com.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Log into the Booking.com Extranet.
      1. Go to Account > Channel Manager.
      2. Select 'RMS' as the Channel Manager Provider.
      3. Read & Accept the Booking.com Terms & Conditions.
    2. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
      1. Complete 'OTA Connection Information' for Booking.com.
      2. Receive email that RMS has confirmed the connection request.
    3. Log into the Booking.com Extranet.
      1. Go to Account > Channel Manager.
      2. Confirm the connection request.
    4. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    5. Select the View of 'Connected'.
    6. Select 'Booking.com' and choose 'Edit'.
    7. Deselect the 'No Update' checkbox for all mapping entries.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Select the 'No Update' checkbox for all mapping entries at Step 2 until the connection request has been confirmed by RMS and the Property.

    Properties have 24-hours to complete Steps 2 & 3 once RMS has been selected as the channel manager or the connection request will be cancelled.

    After Step 8 RMS will initiate an update of 540 days of rates and availability to refresh the property's full rates and availability on Booking.com and continue sending updates unless the setup is manually disconnected.

    Warning

    Leaving 'No Update' selected on all mapping entries after completing Step 3 will prevent RMS updating Rates & Availability to Booking.com.
