Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Log into the Booking.com Extranet.
- Go to Account > Channel Manager.
- Select 'RMS' as the Channel Manager Provider.
- Read & Accept the Booking.com Terms & Conditions.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
- Complete 'OTA Connection Information' for Booking.com.
- Receive email that RMS has confirmed the connection request.
- Log into the Booking.com Extranet.
- Go to Account > Channel Manager.
- Confirm the connection request.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
- Select the View of 'Connected'.
- Select 'Booking.com' and choose 'Edit'.
- Deselect the 'No Update' checkbox for all mapping entries.
- Save/Exit.
