    BridgePay (PayGuardian) as the Property Payment Gateway

    Setup BridgePay (PayGuardian) as the Property payment gateway in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    2. Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Gateway' tab.
    4. Select 'BridgePay (PayGuardian)' from the Gateway Provider menu.
    5. Select 'Tokenize' as the Online Channel Credit Card Storage method.
    6. Enter your BridgePay Username & Password.
    7. Select the checkbox 'E-Commerce Capability'.
    8. Select the checkbox 'EFTPOS Terminal'.
    9. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Blind Refunds'.
    10. Select the required Pre-Authorisation option.
    11. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Warn on Check-in if no Pre-Auth'.
    12. Save/Exit.
    13. Proceed to Setup Ingenico EFTPOS Terminal.

    Important

    Guest Portal Payments cannot be processed using BridgePay (PayGuardian) as the payment gateway.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Blind Refunds'.

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Warn on Check-in if no Pre-Auth'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Proceed to Setup Ingenico EFTPOS Terminal.
