Campedia is an online directory of caravan parks, campgrounds and activity based businesses across Australia.
Properties listed on Campedia can connect to Campedia in RMS to automate updates of rates and availability and reservation delivery.
The connection to Campedia requires the RMS Online module and the OTA API module.
The OTA API module does not incur any additional charges.
Contact RMS Sales to activate the RMS Online and OTA API modules.
System Administrators will require Security Profile access to setup this connection.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Advise Campedia of the property's intention to connect in RMS.
- Contact RMS Sales to activate the OTA API module.
- Log a Service Request to obtain the Webservices Password.
- Provide Campedia with the Property's Webservices Password.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
- Select the View of 'Unconnected'.
- Select 'Campedia' and choose 'Connect'.
- Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
- Select the required Availability Option.
- Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source.
- Navigate to the 'Available Rate Types' tab.
- Select the required Rate Types and choose the
button. - Save/Exit.
