Facility Category Bookable Times
Setup the available times for Facility Categories in RMS.
Facility Categories can be setup to only be available between set times each day in RMS.

Information
Facility is a Category Classification to distinguish a Category used for events from the Accommodation Categories.
Facility Categories can be setup to be available between specific times each day.
Each Facility Category can have its own set of Bookable Times.
Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.
- Select the
'Edit' icon on a Facility Category. - Navigate to the 'Times' tab.
- Select the From & To Times.
- Optional: Select the checkbox to enable Saturday bookings.
- Optional: Select the checkbox to enable Sunday bookings.
- Save/Exit.

This Facility Category will now only be available for reservations between the selected times each day.
