    Category Terms & Conditions

    Setup Terms & Conditions on a Category in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.
    2. Select a Category and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Terms and Conditions' tab.
    4. Enter the Category specific terms and conditions.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Info

    Category Terms & Conditions will override Terms & Conditions setup on the Property or in Online Options.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.

    Select a Category and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Terms and Conditions' tab.

    Enter the terms and conditions specific to this Category.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
