Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Contact the OTA and advise of the property's intention to connect.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
- Select 'Unconnected'.
- Select the required OTA and choose 'Connect'.
- Navigate to the 'Connection Information' tab.
- Enter the OTA Connection Information.
- Select any Additional Connection Information Options.
- Select the required Availability, Rates & Inventory options.
- Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source for the OTA.
- Optional: Select the required Currency.
- Enter the OTA Details in Travel Agent Information.
- Complete the Category & Rate Mapping.

Method 1 - Select 'Connect to Retrieve Categories'.
- Select the RMS Category & Rate Type for each OTA combination.

Method 2 - Select 'Add Category/Rate Types'.
- Enter the OTA Category & Rate Type combinations.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
- Select the RMS Category & Rate Type for each combination.

Method 1 - Select 'Connect to Retrieve Categories'.
- Save/Exit.
Info
An initial sync of Rates and Availability will commence on save and can take up to 30 minutes to complete for 365 days.
Currency selection is only available if enabled in Setup.
