    Allocate a Housekeeping Task to a housekeeper on the Clean Screen in RMS.

    Housekeeping Tasks for the current date can be allocated to a Housekeeper using the Clean Screen in RMS.

    Housekeeping Tasks can be allocated to a Housekeeper using the Clean Screen in RMS.

    Allocated Housekeeping Tasks can be managed in the Staff Portal by housekeepers with a Staff Portal Login or viewed on the Housekeepers Report.

    Allocating a task to a housekeeper enables the task to be marked completed by the housekeeper in the Staff Portal or on the Clean Screen in RMS.

    1. Go to Housekeeping > Clean Screen in RMS.
    2. Select 'Task View'.
    3. Select the checkbox for a Clean Status.
    4. Select the  'Search' icon.
    5. Select the checkbox for the Housekeeping Tasks.
    6. Select the  'Housekeeper' icon.
    7. Select a Housekeeper.
    8. Select 'Yes' to confirm.



    Use the Housekeeping Roster to allocate tasks for future dates and view housekeeper availability.

    Select the checkbox for a Clean Status.

    Select the  'Search' icon.

    Select the checkbox for the Housekeeping Tasks.

    Select the  'Housekeeper' icon.

    Select a Housekeeper.

    Select 'Yes' to confirm.

    The selected tasks will now be allocated to the housekeeper.

    Housekeepers with a Staff Portal Login can manage their allocated tasks in the Staff Portal.
