The Clean Screen is a tool to manage Housekeeping Tasks and update the Area status in RMS.
Updating the Area Status on the Clean Screen lets users know if an Area is clean, dirty or requires a maintenance inspection.
Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to the Clean Screen to use this feature.

- Add Button

- Go to Housekeeping > Clean Screen in RMS.
- Select 'Area View'.
- Select the checkbox for an Area Status.
- Select the
'Search' icon.
- Select the checkbox for an Area.
- Select the 'Set Status' icon.
- Select the Area Status.
- Select 'Yes' to confirm.
Users can also toggle the Area Status between Vacant Dirty and Vacant Clean on the Booking Chart.
