The Clean Screen is a tool to manage Housekeeping Tasks and update the Area status in RMS.
Users can customise the column display order on the Clean Screen to view the information most relevant to them.
Users will require Security Profile access to the Clean Screen to use this feature.

- Go to Housekeeping > Clean Screen in RMS.
- Select the View.
- Select a Column Heading.
- Drag Column Heading to the new location.
- Repeat Steps 3 & 4 for all Column Headings.
- Exit.
User preferences for the column display are saved when the 'Exit' icon is selected.
Columns displayed vary and can be customised per view option.

Drag Column Heading to the new location.
Repeat Steps 3 & 4 for all Column Headings.
Select 'Exit' to save the user preferences and leave the Clean Screen.
The display order set for columns on that view of the Clean Screen will remain for this user each login session until reset or changed.
