Housekeeping Tasks can be set as a priority on the Clean Screen to indicate the urgency of the task to the housekeeper viewing their allocated tasks in the Staff Portal.

The Clean Screen is a tool to manage Housekeeping Tasks and update the Area status in RMS.
Housekeeping Tasks can be set as a priority on the Clean Screen to indicate the urgency of the task to the housekeeper viewing their allocated tasks in the Staff Portal.
Users will require Security Profile access to the Clean Screen to use this feature.

- Add Button
Use
- Go to Housekeeping > Clean Screen in RMS.
- Select 'Task View'.
- Select the checkbox for an Area Status.
- Select the
'Search' icon.
- Select the checkbox for a Housekeeping Task.
- Select the
'Priority' icon.
- Select 'Yes' to confirm.
Housekeeping Tasks must be allocated to a Housekeeper before set as a Priority Task.
