    Allow Enquiry Reservations from the Corporate Portal

    Setup the Corporate Portal to only allow enquiries in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Corporate Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Reservation Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Allow Enquiry Reservations'.
      1. Deselect the checkbox 'Allow Unconfirmed Reservations'.
    4. Enter at least one Email Address for Reservation Notifications.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Portal Access > Corporate Portal in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Reservation Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Allow Enquiry Reservations'.

    Deselect the checkbox 'Allow Unconfirmed Reservations'.

    Enter at least one Email Address for Reservation Notifications

    Select 'Save' to store the changes made.

    Any Company or Travel Agent provided access to the Corporate Portal will have the ability to send Reservation Enquiries to the Property.

    These enquiries create a Quote Reservation in RMS and email the Property.
