    Display the Voucher Number Field in the Corporate Portal

    Setting the Voucher Number field to display in the Corporate Portal for RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Corporate Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Reservation Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Show Voucher No'.
    4. Save and Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Portal Access > Corporate Portal in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Reservation Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Show Voucher No'.

    Select 'Save' to store the changes made and Exit.

    The Voucher Number field will be displayed on the Quick Quote and Reservation List in the Corporate Portal.
