    Enable Making Reservations in the Corporate Portal

    Setup to allow reservations to be created from the Corporate Portal available in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Corporate Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Reservation Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Allow Unconfirmed Reservations'.
    4. Enter at least one Email Address to receive Reservation Notifications.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Portal Access > Corporate Portal in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Reservation Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Allow Unconfirmed Reservations'.

    Enter at least one email address to received Reservation Notifications.

    Select 'Save' to store the changes made.

    Companies and Travel Agents provided access to the Corporate Portal will now see an option to create a reservation which will appear in the Property's RMS once saved.
