EDM can be setup to use the property's own email server and bypass Email Validation requirements when using the RMS Mail Servers to send correspondence from RMS.

Electronic Digital Marketing (EDM) provides the tools to create and send digital marketing campaigns to wide audiences from RMS.

The Email Settings used to setup sending EDM using the property's own mail server will require the SMTP Settings from the Property's Mail Client.

The Property's Mail Client SMTP Settings will need to be configured for Port 465 or Port 587 to work for sending EDMs from RMS.

Port 465 must have SSL enabled, Port 587 is available with or without SSL enabled.

System Administrators will require Security Profile access to use this feature.
