    Connect to eTourism

    Setting up the connection to eTourism in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Contact eTourism and advise of the property's intention to connect.
    2. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    3. Select the View of 'Unconnected'.
    4. Select eTourism and choose 'Connect'.
    5. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
    6. Select the required Availability Option.
    7. Select the required Rate Type.
    8. Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source.
    9. Save/Exit.

    Contact eTourism and advise of the property's intention to connect.

    Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.

    Select the View of 'Unconnected'.

    Select eTourism and choose 'Connect'.

    Navigate to the 'Options' tab.

    Select the required Availability Option.

    Select the required Rate Type.

    Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and complete the connection setup in RMS.
