    Create an Event Runsheet

    Generating an Event Task List in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Event Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Select 'Event Management'.
    4. Select the required Event Itinerary and choose 'Go to Event'.
    5. Select 'Reports' and choose 'Task List'.
    6. Select Group By as 'Date/Time'.
    7. Select 'Include Tasks Set to Runsheet Only'.
    8. Select the required Event Areas.
    9. Build.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Event Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Select 'Event Management'.

    Select the required Event Itinerary and choose 'Go to Event'.

    This step is only required for Group Event Reservations.

    Select 'Reports' and choose 'Task List'.

    Select Group By as 'Date/Time'.

    Select 'Include Tasks Set to Runsheet Only'.

    Select the required Event Areas.

    Select 'Build' to generate the Task List using the selected options.

    The Event Runsheet (Task List) will be displayed on screen and can be exported or printed as required.
