    Associate Group Allotments to Specific Properties

    Assigning properties to Group Allotments in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Reservations > Group Allotments in RMS.
    2. Select a Group Allotment and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.
    4. Select the checkbox 'Associate Group Allotment to Specific Properties'.
    5. Select the required Properties.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Reservations > Group Allotments in RMS.

    Select a Group Allotment and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Associate Group Allotment to Specific Properties'.

    Select the required Properties.


    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    This Group Allotment will now only be available for use with the selected properties.
