    Group Reservations can be created by combining multiple existing individual reservations.

    Group Reservations can be created by combining multiple existing individual reservations.

    A Group Reservation is a collection of individual reservations linked together.

    Group Reservations can be used when multiple parties are travelling together, or when one party requires more than one Area to accommodate them.

    Existing individual reservations can be combined together to create a new Group Reservation or added to an existing Group Reservation.

    Group Reservations cannot be directly combined together. Individual reservations within a Group can be split from one Group and added to a new Group.

    An individual reservation can also be converted to a Group Reservation by increasing the Areas booked on the reservation.



    Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Use

    1. Go to the Toolbar Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Guest Name or Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Area' tab.
    4. Select the  icon.
    5. Select 'Add Existing Res'.
    6. Select the Search By option.
    7. Enter the Search Criteria.
    8. Select 'Search'.
    9. Select the checkbox for the existing Reservation.
    10. Select the 'Apply/Exit' icon.
    11. Navigate to the Group Master.
    12. Optional: Add a Group Name.
      1. Enter a Group Name.
      2. Select the checkbox for the Sibling Reservations.
      3. Save/Exit.
    13. Save/Exit.

    A Group Reservation Number will be assigned to all combined individual reservations linking them together.

    The Navigator will show a Group Master and all Sibling Reservations in the newly created Group Reservation.

    Enter the Guest Name or Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.

    Navigate to the 'Area' tab.

    Select the  icon.

    Select 'Add Existing Res'.

    Select the Search By option.

    Select 'Search'.

    Select the checkbox for the existing Reservation.

    Select the  'Apply/Exit' icon.

    Navigate to the Group Master.

    Optional: Add a Group Name.

    Enter a Group Name.

    Select the checkbox for the Sibling Reservations.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to apply the changes to the selected Sibling Reservations and return to the Reservation Screen.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the Reservation.
