RMS has simplified the Guest Declaration Process by including an easy to complete form as part of the existing Guest Portal Pre Check-in.
Including the Guest Declaration & Contact Tracing section of Pre Check-in is optional and can be used to obtain the required information from guests prior to their arrival.

Including the Guest Declaration & Contact Tracing section of Pre Check-in is optional and can be used to obtain the required information from guests prior to their arrival.
The Contact Tracing form section of the Guest Declaration requires guests to complete the details of their locations for the 14 days prior to arrival.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Check-in' tab.
- Select the 'COVID-19 Declaration' tab.
- Select the toggle 'Enable Past Locations'.
- Save/Exit.
Set the toggle position to 'off' to disable the contact tracing form on the Guest Declaration.
