    Pre Check-In Activation

    Setup Pre Check-in for the Guest Portal in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Check-in' tab.
    3. Select 'Enable Online Check-in'.
    4. Select the Number of Days Prior to Arrival.
    5. Optional: Select 'Enable Registration Card to be signed'.
      1. Select a Form Letter.
    6. Enter the Confirmation Text.
    7. Select the required Payment Condition.
    8. Optional: Select Online Travel Agents to be excluded and choose the '>' button.
    9. Save.

    Info

    Pre Check-in can be used to collect required information from a guest prior to their arrival or as part of an Express Check-in service.

    Guest Portal Payments are only available for properties configured with a payment gateway

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Check-in' tab.

    Select 'Enable Online Check-in'.

    Select the Number of Days Prior to Arrival to allow pre check-in.

    Optional: Select 'Enable Registration Card to be signed'.

    Select a Form Letter to be digitally signed.

    Enter the Confirmation Text.

    Select the required Payment Condition.

    Optional: Select Online Travel Agents to be excluded and choose the '>' button.

    Select 'Save' to store the changes made.
