    Guest Portal: Guest Profile Options

    Setup Guest Profile options for the Guest Portal in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Allow access to profile information'.
    4. Select the checkbox 'Allow updates to profile information'.
    5. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Additional Guest to be added to the Reservation'.
      1. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Ignore Mandatory field requirements for additional Guests'.
    6. Save.

    Info

    Allowing guests to view and update their personal information via the Guest Portal ensures accurate records at the property and enables more accurate registration via Pre Check-in or Self Check-in.

    Guest changes to their profile information will be reflected on the Guest Profile in RMS.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Allow access to profile information'.

    Select the checkbox 'Allow updates to profile information'.

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Additional Guest to be added to the Reservation'.

    Select 'Save' to store the changes made.

    Guests will have the option to view and edit their details in the Guest Portal and during Pre Check-in or Self Check-in through the Guest Portal.
