To access the Guest Portal guests will need to be provided a link on the property's website or using a Guest Portal merge field on correspondence sent from RMS.
Guests can log into the Guest Portal using their Reservation Number, Surname and Arrival Date, the email address & password setup on a previous Guest Portal login, or with Google, Facebook or Windows.
The device used to access the Guest Portal must be on a current supported version for Android or iOS 11 for Apple.
Reservation and Guest are default System Labels that can be customised.
Guests who have not setup a password to access the Guest Portal will be prompted on login to do so.
Guests who forget their password can select the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset their password for the Guest Portal.
