The Clean Screen is a tool to manage Housekeeping Tasks and update the Area status in RMS.
Housekeeping Tasks can be allocated to available housekeepers, set as a priority and Areas set to clean once tasks are completed.
The Clean Screen will select the 'Dirty' and 'Inspect' statuses by default when opened.
Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to the Clean Screen to use this feature.

The Clean Screen can be used to manage housekeeping by Task or by Area.
Housekeeping Tasks can be set as a Priority Task, allocated to a Housekeeper and have the Task Status updated.
The Area Status can be changed between Vacant Dirty, Vacant Clean, Inspect or Discrepancy.
Allocated Housekeeping Tasks can be managed in the Staff Portal by housekeepers with a Staff Portal Login or viewed on the Housekeepers Report.
Users can set a customised Column Display Order on the Clean Screen to view the information most relevant to them.
