    Setup the connection to Levart2 in RMS.

    Levart2 is the upgraded connection for Levart.

    Levart2 is the upgraded connection for Levart.

    Contact Levart to advise of the property's intention to connect before completing this setup in RMS.

    Levart will confirm the connection is active and ready to be setup in RMS.



    Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    2. Select the View 'Unconnected'.
    3. Select 'Levart2' and choose 'Connect'.
    4. Navigate to the 'Connection Information' tab.
    5. Enter the Login, Hotel Code & Password.
    6. Select the Rates, Availability & Inventory option.
    7. Optional: Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source.
    8. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Hide from the Guest Portal'.
    9. Select 'Connect to Retrieve Categories'.
    10. Select the RMS Category & Rate Type for each combination.
    11. Save/Exit.

    Choosing to hide this channel connection from the Guest Portal will prevent reservations received via Levart from being managed in the Guest Portal.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    The connection to Levart2 will now be active in RMS.
