Steps Required
- Open the Reservation or Guest Profile.
- Toggle the Yes/No options against each marketing field.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Open the reservation in RMS.
Viewing the Guest Details, locate the 'Marketing Opt Out' and related Yes/No fields.
If the guest wishes to opt out of all marketing, toggle the 'Marketing Opt Out' field to 'Yes'.
Doing so will automatically set all sub-marketing fields to 'Yes' for complete opt out.
If the guest is happy to receive marketing but has requested to opt out of specific formats, toggle each required field to 'Yes' and leave 'Marketing Opt Out' set to 'No'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes in preference.
