    Change Reservation Status

    Change the status of an existing reservation in RMS.

    The Reservation Status can be updated to Quote, Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Cancelled or No Show on the Reservation Screen in RMS.

    Information

    The Reservation Screen provides central management of individual bookings and their guests in RMS.

    The Reservation Status indicates what state the reservation is in when managing reservations.



    Fields displayed on the Reservation Screen can be customised using Field Maintenance.

    Additional tabs will display depending on the setup and modules used in RMS.



    Users will require Security Profile access to the Reservation Screen and Reservation Functions use this feature.

    1. Go to the Toolbar Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number.
    3. Press 'Enter' on the keyboard.
    4. Select the 'Change Status' icon.
    5. Select the Reservation Status.
    6. Select 'Yes' to confirm.
