    Searching for in house reservations in RMS using compatible smart devices.


    Steps Required

    1. Log into RMS 9+ on a mobile or tablet.
    2. Select 'In House Reservation Search'.
    3. Choose 'Search By' option.
    4. Enter search criteria.
    5. Search.

    Log into RMS 9+ on a compatible smart device.

    Select 'In House Reservation Search' from the Home screen.

    Select an option to search by and enter the search criteria.

    Choose 'Search' to have the matching reservation in 'Arrived' status returned.
