    Convert a Pencil Reservation

    Turning a Pencil Reservation into a Confirmed Reservation in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to Charts > Booking Chart in RMS.
    2. Locate the Pencil Reservation.
    3. Right Click and select 'Convert to Reservation'.

    Once converted, a Pencil Reservation can be edited for additional required details to be added.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Charts > Booking Chart in RMS.

    Locate the Pencil Reservation.

    Right Click and select 'Convert to Reservation'.

    The Pencil Reservation will now display on the Booking Chart as an Unconfirmed Reservation.
