    Connect to Pitchup.com (REST)

    Setting up the connection to Pitchup.com in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Complete 'Preparing to Connect to Pitchup.com (REST)'.
    2. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    3. Change the view to 'Unconnected'.
    4. Select 'Pitchup.com (REST)' and choose 'Connect'.
    5. Navigate to the 'Channel Mapping' tab.
    6. Enter the Property's Pitchup.com (REST) API Key & Property Chain Code.
    7. Select 'Connect to Retrieve Categories'.
    8. Select the RMS Category & Rate Type for each combination.
    9. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.

    Change the view to 'Unconnected'.

    Select 'Pitchup.com (REST)' and choose 'Connect'.

    Navigate to the 'Channel Mapping' tab.

    Enter the Property's Pitchup.com (REST) API Key & Property Chain Code.

    Select 'Connect to Retrieve Categories'.

    Select the RMS Category & Rate Type for each combination.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and complete the connection setup in RMS.
