Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
- Select 'Rates'.
- Select 'Rate Lookups'.
- Select an existing Rate Lookup and choose 'Edit'.
- Select a Rate Table.
- Save/Exit.

Changing the selected Rate Table on an existing Rate Lookup can be used to extend an existing season of pricing into a new Rate Period when rates have previously been setup for the new period in RMS.

Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
The changes made will apply to any new reservations created and not affect any existing reservations.
