Exclude Rate Type as Promo Code

Steps Required

Have your System Administrator complete the following.

Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.

Select the 'Rates' menu and choose 'Rate Types'.

Select an existing Rate Type and choose 'Edit'.

Select the checkbox 'Do Not Use as Promo Code'.

Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

This Rate Type will now be excluded as a usable Promo Code on the RMS IBE.
