Steps Required
- Go to the Property's RMS IBE pages.
- Select an Arrive & Depart Date.
- Expand the 'Promo Code' field.
- Enter the Rate Type Description as the Promo Code.
- Select 'Search Availability'.

Rate Types that are not granted access to the RMS IBE in Channel Management setup can be booked on the RMS IBE using the Rate Type Description as a Promotional Code.

Go to the Property's RMS IBE pages.
Select an Arrive & Depart Date.
Expand the 'Promo Code' field.
Enter the Rate Type Description as the Promo Code.
Select 'Search Availability'.
The Rate Type used as the Promo Code will be returned in the availability search for the property.
