Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following:
- Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
- Select the 'Rates' menu and choose 'Rate Types'.
- Select a Rate Type and choose 'Edit'.
- Select a Refundable Charge.
- Save/Exit.

Rate Types with a Refundable Charge attached will post the Refundable Charge onto the account with the accommodation charges when this Rate Type is selected on the reservation.
Visual Guide

Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
This Refundable Charge will be posted onto the account with the Rate when this Rate Type is selected on the reservation.
