Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter a Reason Code.
- Enter a Reason Description.
- Enter a Short Description.
- Select the RMS Action.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.
Select 'Add' to create a new reason.
Enter a Reason Code.
Enter a Reason Description.
Enter a Short Description.
Select the RMS Action.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
