    Task Not Required Reasons

    Setup reasons to mark a Housekeeping Task as 'Not Required' in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Code.
    4. Enter a Reason.
    5. Enter a Short Description.
    6. Select the Associated To as 'Housekeeping'.
    7. Save/Exit.

    Info

    Reasons setup for Housekeeping will be available for selection when marking a Housekeeping Task as 'Not Required in the Staff Portal or on the Clean Screen Task View.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Reason.

    Enter a Code.

    Enter a Reason.

    Enter a Short Description.

    Select the Associated To as 'Housekeeping'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    This Reason will now be available for selection when setting a Housekeeping Task to 'Not Required' status.
