RMS Insurance is a module available for Holiday Parks to sell and manage insurance policies for long term residents and annuals.
The RMS Insurance Dashboard simplifies policy management with a policy toggle for each long term resident.
Insurance certificates are automatically stored in RMS and include an invoice with payment instructions.
First time policy holders are given 60 days complimentary cover before payment is due. If payment is not made within 60 days the policy is automatically cancelled.
The Long Term Reservation must be in 'Arrived' status before an Insurance Quote can be generated.
Category, Reservation and Guest are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

- Go to Utilities > RMS Cover in RMS.
- Select the 'No Policy' filter.
- Select the checkbox for a Reservation.
- Select the
'Get Quotes' icon. - Select 'Yes' to confirm.
Insurance Quotes can be issued to in-house Guests on a Long Term Reservation in the Category selected in the RMS Insurance configuration.
A quote will be emailed to the Guest with a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement.

Select the checkbox for a Reservation.
Select the

Select 'Yes' to confirm.
An Insurance Quote and a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement will be emailed to the Guest.
