RMS Smart Printing was a feature made available through the installation of an application to send communication between RMS and the property's printers.
Due to advancements in browser applications and printing options Smart Printing is no longer required within the RMS application.

Uninstall
- Add Button
Uninstall Smart Printing
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Uninstall the RMS Smart Print Client from the Windows computer.
- Go to Setup > Users > User Information in RMS.
- Select the
'Edit' icon on an existing User.
- Deselect the checkbox 'Use Smart Printing'.
- Save/Exit.
- Repeat for all Users with Smart Printing enabled.
Disabling Smart Printing for users will prevent the notification on login indicating a lack of connection to the RMS Smart Print Client and enable users to take advantage of the browser printing options.

Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing User.
Deselect the checkbox 'Use Smart Printing'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made to this User Profile and leave the setup.
Repeat for all Users with Smart Printing enabled.
