Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.
- Select an existing Housekeeper and choose 'Edit'.
- Enter an Email Address.
- Enter a Password.
- Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allowed to Set Clean Status'.
- Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allowed to Verify Completed Tasks'.
- Save/Exit.

Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
This Housekeeper can now log into RMS using their housekeeping credentials to access the Staff Portal and manage their allocated Housekeeping Tasks.
