    Housekeeper Login

    Setup a Housekeeper login for the Staff Portal in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.
    2. Select an existing Housekeeper and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Enter an Email Address.
    4. Enter a Password.
    5. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allowed to Set Clean Status'.
    6. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allowed to Verify Completed Tasks'.
    7. Save/Exit.

    The Staff Portal for housekeepers enables viewing and managing allocated tasks as well as the ability to send messages to the property users via the Message Centre.

    Selecting the option 'Set Clean Status' will provide the housekeeper an option on task completion to update the Area Status in RMS to 'Clean'.

    Selecting the option 'Verify Completed Tasks' can be used for Housekeeping Supervisors to confirm the tasks allocated to another housekeeper have been completed satisfactorily.

    Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.

    Select an existing Housekeeper and choose 'Edit'.

    Enter an Email Address.

    Enter a Password.

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allowed to Set Clean Status'.

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allowed to Verify Completed Tasks'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    This Housekeeper can now log into RMS using their housekeeping credentials to access the Staff Portal and manage their allocated Housekeeping Tasks.
