Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Tour Desk > Tours in RMS.
- Select an existing Tour and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Optional Extras' tab.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter the Description.
- Enter the Amount to Charge.
- Save/Exit.

Select 'Add' to create a new Optional Extra.
Enter the Description.
Enter the Amount to Charge.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
