Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Tour Desk > Tours in RMS.
- Select an existing Tour and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Prices' tab.
- Select 'Add'.
- Select a Ticket Type.
- Select an Effective Date Range.
- Enter the Ticket Amount.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Setup > Tour Desk > Tours in RMS.
Select an existing Tour and choose 'Edit'.
Navigate to the 'Prices' tab.
Select 'Add' to setup a new Ticket Price.
Select a Ticket Type.
Select an Effective Date Range.
Enter the Ticket Amount.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
