Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Property Options > General Information in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Reservations' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Use Rate Types for Agents'.
- Save/Exit.

Travel Agent Rates can be used to limit the Rate Types available to be booked by a Company in RMS.
This can provide security on Negotiated Rates or limit access to Promotional Rates.

Only Travel Agent Rate Types will be available for a Travel Agent on a reservation.
