    Connect to Travel In

    Setup the connection to Travel In in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    2. Select the View of 'Unconnected'.
    3. Select Travel In and choose 'Connect'.
    4. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
    5. Select the required Availability Option.
    6. Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source.
    7. Navigate to the 'Available Rate Types' tab.
    8. Select the required Rate Types.
    9. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.

    Select the View of 'Unconnected'.

    Select Travel In and choose 'Connect'.

    Navigate to the 'Options' tab.

    Select the required Availability Option.


    Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source.

    Navigate to the 'Available Rate Types' tab.

    Select the required Rate Types.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
