Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered Correspondence in RMS.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter a Description.
- Select 'SMS' as the Delivery Method.
- Select the required SMS Template.
- Select any additional Validation Options.
- Select the Action as 'Time Of' and choose 'Area - Status set to Dirty (Associated Housekeeper).
- Save/Exit.

This Triggered Correspondence option will only send to the Housekeeper setup against the Area when the Area Status is changed to Vacant Dirty in RMS.

Enter a Description.
Select 'SMS' as the Delivery Method.
Select the required SMS Template.
Select any additional Validation Options.
Select the Action as 'Time Of' and choose 'Area - Status set to Dirty (Associated Housekeeper).
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and automatically notify Associated Housekeepers on Areas when their Area is set to Vacant Dirty in RMS.
