    Exclude Company Reservations from Receiving Triggered Correspondence

    Setup Triggered Correspondence to not send to corporate guests in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered in RMS.
    2. Select a Triggered Rule and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Company' tab.
    4. Select '<<' to remove all Companies.
    5. Select 'No Company Selected'.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Triggered Rules setup to send a set period of time before or after an event will require the 'Update Existing Reservations' option to be used to update all current reservations with the changes to the rules for sending.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered Correspondence in RMS.

    Select a Triggered Rule and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Company' tab.

    Select '<<' to remove all Companies.

    Select 'No Company Selected'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
