    Triggered EDM Campaign

    Setup an EDM Campaign to send as Triggered Correspondence in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered Correspondence in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Description.
    4. Select the Correspondence Type of 'Email'.
    5. Select the required EDM Campaign.
    6. Select Additional Triggered Rules.
    7. Select the Triggered Action or Time.
    8. Enter any required Length of Stay.
    9. Select the Recipients.
    10. Save/Exit.

    Info

    EDM Campaigns sent as Triggered Correspondence are not included in EDM Reports.

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered Correspondence in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Triggered Rule.

    Enter a Description.

    Select the Correspondence Type of 'Email'.

    Select the required EDM Campaign.

    Select Additional Triggered Rules.

    Select the Triggered Action or Time.

    Enter any required Length of Stay.

    Select the Recipients.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
