Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered in RMS.
- Select a Triggered Rule and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Automation' tab.
- Select 'Update Existing Reservations'.
- Select 'Yes' to confirm.
- Save/Exit.
