    Update Existing Reservations with Triggered Correspondence

    Refreshing existing reservations for new or changed Triggered Correspondence Rules in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered in RMS.
    2. Select a Triggered Rule and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Automation' tab.
    4. Select 'Update Existing Reservations'.
    5. Select 'Yes' to confirm.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Info

    The Update Existing Reservations option on Triggered Correspondence setup is only required for Triggered Rules setup to send at a set period of time before or after an event where existing reservations should be included.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered in RMS.

    Select a Triggered Rule and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Automation' tab.

    Select 'Update Existing Reservations'.

    Select 'Yes' to confirm.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
